1. How can I pay for my order?

1. With VISA or MASTERCARD credit card issued at any bank.
2. Cash on delivery at the time you receive the products, which is charged with cash on delivery management costs of € 2.5 per order. Payment by cash on delivery is not possible when there is a product worth more than € 500 in the order.

2. How secure are my online transactions?

Battery-eshop.gr provides you with secure transactions. All user data (personal information, card details) is encrypted using SSL protocol, to ensure their security and confidentiality.

3. Can I pay in installments?

No, our eshop does not accept installments.

4. Do you accept orders from abroad?

At battery-eshop.gr we accept orders outside Greece. For the execution and completion of these orders, however, the customer is required to first contact our store either by phone or by e-mail. In addition, the shipping cost, the delivery times of the order and the payment methods differ from the orders concerning the Greek territory.

5. Can I return a product?

You have the right to return the products you bought, if you first contact our store either by phone or e-mail and describe to us the problem that may have a product sent to you, within 10 calendar days from the date you will pick up the products. A prerequisite is that the product or products be returned in excellent condition, exactly as they were delivered. Return costs are borne by the buyer in half.

Orders related to ready-made products are sent the next working day. Otherwise, they are shipped within 2-7 working days, depending on the case.

2. With which company will I receive my order?

The orders are sent with specific courier companies (ELTA Porta Porta and ACS Couries) or with a transport company in case of heavy weight or volume of the products. In exceptional cases of inaccessible areas not covered by a transport company, large or heavy shipments will be considered on a case by case basis.

3. Can I track my order?

Each order at battery-eshop.gr comes with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order and know the exact day and time of delivery.

4. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs for any order over 60 € are completely FREE for the whole of Greece. For orders that do not exceed the amount of 60 euros, the shipping cost will be calculated during the process of completing your order.

5. In how many days do I receive my order?

With the confirmation of the order and the payment we deliver:
Within 24 hours in Thessaly and in all cities of Mainland Greece, if the order is sent until 13:30 of the previous day.

Within 48 hours in the rest of Greece.

In remote and inaccessible areas the delivery time can be up to 72 hours.

In case your order is not delivered in the above times, the transport company of your order has the sole responsibility.

If any of the products you ordered are not available, then we will contact you by e-mail or phone as soon as possible to inform you of the possible delivery time or anything else.

In this case, you have the option, if you consider that this period of time does not satisfy you, to request the cancellation of your order of the specific product.
